About Us

Earby Autos was established in 1982 by Bryan and Alyson Lancaster, and later joined by their daughter Lucy and son Tom in 1998.

In May 2019 Paul and Samantha Shepherd took over from the Lancaster’s.

Paul and Samantha come from Hebden Bridge in the district of Calderdale, West Yorkshire.

Earby Autos is part of the Auto Care Group, and the Approved Garages. We have signed a pledge to ensure that the customer is at the heart of what we do.

We will only use manufacturer approved parts or equivalent.

All parts and labour come with a 12 month guarantee in some cases 2 years.

Keep you informed throughout whilst your car is with us for repair, we will always provide you with costs and progress.

All our staff are qualified and undertake upskilling training every year.

Work with environmental consideration. We recycle all old tyres and fluids drained from your car. We have reduced our solvent use by 80% and use water based car cleaning products and solvent free.

All invoices laid out with parts, labour and VAT seperate as well as together.

Your car serviced to manufacturer’s recommendation and provide a copy of the service schedule.

Your car service cleaned and washed after work has been carried out.
